INTRODUCTION
Richard Joson had a successful career in Karting in the Philippines and the Asian circuit. He was Intercontinental A Karting Champion in 1991 and awarded National Karter of the Year in 1993 by the President of the Philippines His Execellency President Fidel V. Ramos.
He drove 4 seasons of Formula Toyota and finished in the top three all of the 4 years, tested for
All Japan F3 Championship in 97, a few races in Asia Formula 2000 in 98 finishing in the Top 3 in several races, and he ran in Asian Formula 3 in 2001 for 2 races finishing 2nd in the 1st and sidelined for 6 months from a serious accident 3rd in his comeback race.
Since being Team Principal Joson F3 has Finished 2nd in the International Class in 2003 with Richard Joson driving and 2nd Overall in the 2004 Promotion Class Championship with Japanese Driver Kenkou Miura. And Promotional Class Champion for 2005 with Moreno Soeprapto and Promotional Class Champion for 2006 Satrio Hermanto.
