Based in the city of Joinville (SC), Baumer Racing account with 10 Collaborators, among technical and administrative, updated tools and seat itself with 1800 m2. The team is led by Lucílio Baumer Son, which has more than 35 years of experience in the motor competitions.

At present, Lucilio Baumer Neto is a fast and technical driver. On medium and medium-to-high speed tracks his driving skills become more evident. By the competitive driving he has shown when he's got fair conditions, Lucilio is certain of his potential on tracks and rely on the results that his work is going to revert to him.

Sitting in a Formula 3 is not an easy task by itself. You will have to rise the ranks of karting, rise the ranks of Formula BMW or Formula Vee and then only you get a chance to play with the big boys! The formula 3 program will be able to be taken place from any track in Brazil! So that means, if you can name a track or even a car park you desire then by all means, go ahead and challenge us!
